Mia – Specialist in Female Fitness & Mobility

Mia is our dedicated Team Dyamic coach who focuses on empowering women through 1-1 personal training and group coaching.

Her expertise lies in weight loss, toning, and creating dynamic hip, core, and leg workouts designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals while improving overall mobility.

Coming from a competitive tennis background, Mia understands the importance of balancing physical and mental health.

She brings this experience into her coaching, helping clients build strength and confidence both in and out of the gym. Mia is passionate about breaking down common misconceptions in the fitness industry, ensuring her approach is approachable and supportive for women at every stage of their journey.

John – Specialist in Male Fitness, Mobility & Recovery Support

John is our Team Dynamic Coach with a powerful story. A recovering addict from alcohol and substance abuse, John openly shares his journey to inspire and motivate others. He understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding both body and mind and credits his fitness routine as a vital tool in his recovery.

John specialises in weight loss, muscle gain, and mobility training tailored specifically for men.

His coaching combines practical fitness knowledge with an empathetic approach, helping clients transform their lives while shedding the outdated myths of the fitness industry.

John’s mission is to guide others toward a healthier, stronger, and more balanced version of themselves, drawing from his own experiences to create a positive and lasting impact.

I started working with Dynamic in 2016. I went to see them with the goals of improving left knee pain following an injury and surgery and weight loss. The Coaches worked with me to improve the strength and stability of my knee. I am now pain-free and the knee feels strong! I have lost weight and improved my tone, fitness, and flexibility. The sessions are interesting, varied, and keep me on my toes. I love the sessions!! I had a short break from training during a rough pregnancy the team has been helping me work on regaining my strength and fitness. The weight is also coming back off. It's clear Dynamic share the same ethos and goals. I've enjoyed getting to know them over the years and the sessions they deliver have never been the same. Dynamic are fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough!
