What are the first steps to begin with Dynamic?
We will arrange the initial screening session. This allows us to benchmark key data points so that we can chart your progress in our regular reviews.
How long will it take to see results?
This can vary drastically based on your genetic make-up, metabolic rate, and lifestyle. We usually find that the greater the effort the quicker the results. We don’t lure you in with unrealistic expectations – no fad diets or training programmes here!
How much does it cost?
The cost can vary based on the number of sessions advised following the initial screening. We take payment by monthly direct debits.
How many sessions per week?
We will discuss this with you in the initial screening. Usually, we find 1-2 one-to-one training sessions per week in the gym to fit around your lifestyle. We will then work with you to try and fit a further directed session outside the gym.
What equipment will I need?
Just you, a towel, and a full water bottle. We provide all equipment needed from the vastly comprehensive equipment on offer at our superb gym facility.
